Eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective (please send photos)
- Items that are not what you ordered
- Orders that never arrive
Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. Once we review your request, we'll confirm whether you'll receive a refund to your original payment method or a replacement. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days after approval.
Items must be unused to qualify for a return, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Orders that were delivered and are outside the 14-day window cannot be refunded.
